If you provide any personal data through one of these Third-Party sites, even though the sites are reached through our Sites, your interaction and your personal data will be collected by and controlled by the privacy policy found on that Third-Party site. We and our Third-Party partners collect several types of information from and about users of our Sites, including information:

As mentioned above, some content or applications on the Sites are hosted by us but provided by Third Parties.  These Third Parties include our partner that hosts our Menu, our partner who hosts Shop Swig, the merchandise store, and our partner who hosts our employment opportunities on the Careers tab. These Third Parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Sites. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different sites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. Information You Provide Directly To Us

You may provide information directly to us when you visit one of our stores or when you send or respond to an email, text message or you complete a form accessed through a link provided on social media networks. You also provide information directly to us when you choose to participate in one or more campaigns we sponsor such as “Save the Cups”. We do not share or sell information you provide directly to us.             You access our mobile apps by downloading the app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The mobile apps are hosted by our Third-Party Partner. Careers Privacy Policy

            You access employment opportunities with Swig from the Careers tab on our Sites, but as mentioned above, it is hosted by our Third Party Partner.  Any information you provide through our Careers tab is governed by the privacy policy found at www.harri.com/privacy.  If you have questions about this Third Party Policy, or if you require more specifics as to what information this Third Party collects, where the information is sourced from, or whether it is being disclosed and to whom, you can contact it’s Data Protection Officer at DPO@harri.com.
